The staff at Eyes of the World are incredible! Dr. Baird is fantastic, she takes the time to walk y... ou through the exam so you feel informed and comfortable. Everyone makes you feel truly valued and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Caleb at the front desk was so knowledgeable and patient, ensuring my lenses were to spec and answering all my questions about my insurance. Athena also made the experience fun and welcoming, adding to the great atmosphere. The facility is spotless and has a unique historic charm. Highly recommend!

This place exceeded all expectations, truly. First, the place was beautifully decorated, the equipme... nt state of the art. Not only did Dr Baird listen to my concerns, she thoroughly answered all my questions, and connected with me. Didn't think they'd put lenses in my own frames but was pleased to learn they do, so that was a big plus. Then Caleb and Roman helped me navigate my insurance options and went out of their way to help me get the lenses I really needed within my budget, gracefully putting up with my scatterbrained need to have everything explained twice... Then, on my way out the door, they GAVE me a piece of decor I was gushing over. I couldn't be happier and I'm so glad I found them. 10/10 highly recommend!

Such a great experience today! Everyone was so nice to me (even though I was late for my appointment... ). Also, post-exam Bailey helped me maximize my insurance coverage so I could get new glasses and contacts at the best price. She also helped me pick out my new frames and I felt like I had a friend helping me get the frames that would look cute and match my price point! I wish all healthcare professionals were like Eyes of the World. I plan to be patient for a long time. Thanks so much for the great care and experience today!
